Together, they had 4 children while still in Pennsylvania (NOTE: They were from the Northumberland Co. section of PA): Maria Catherine, born 22 Oct 1795; Maria Elizabeth, born 28 Jun 1797; John Michael, born 13 Mar 1799; and Maria Magdalena, born 12 Jun 1801. Supposedly, they moved west to Perry County, Ohio, but have been unable

John PETTY married twice, first to Elizabeth HIXON born 1834, died 1887 Meigs Co, OH; second to Mary Matilda PERRY born 1887 OH, died 1962 (there was a rather large age difference). John PETTY and Elizabeth HIXON had 10 known children: Randolph, James R., Luther Calvin, Mary L., Emma L., John H., Eppa H., William Henry, Elmer, Elsworth. William Henry PETTY is buried with wife Altha Estelle GREGORY in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Vinton Co; and Elmer PETTY is buried with wife Ida Belle BRATTON in Bowen Cemetery, Vinton Co. John and Elizabeth must have migrated into Ohio from Virginia between 1857 & 1859, after the second child and before the third. Jane FARLEY b:10-21-1848, Meigs Co. d: 8-26-1921. Isaac and Jane were married 10-10-1869. Their children were: Cora Nebraska (SINES); James A I; Oliver; Thomas E.; Mallie (SINES); Genevra (CARSEY); Gertie (MCCUNE); and Mattie Viola (SHUMWAY). Isaac and Jane may have been pioneers to Nebraska and then returned to Ohio.
